BAR SUPERVISOR (full time approx 40hrs per week)
The successful applicant will have the ability to multi task, possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and take the initiative whilst working alone in a lively and sociable environment.
Confidence in dealing with varied and multicultural customers in a pleasant manner will be crucial, as will attention to detail in taking bookings and transactions. Due to the nature of the job you would be working nights and weekends.
Enthusiasm, patience, common sense and a sound knowledge of Cardiff and Wales are essential. IT skills, travel experience and the ability to speak Welsh and foreign languages will be an advantage.
NIGHT PORTER (x2) (full time approx 30-35hrs per week)
The successful applicant will have the ability to multi task, possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and take the initiative whilst working alone in a lively and sociable environment.
You will be responsible for the safety and security of the building and its guests. Confidence in dealing with varied and multicultural customers and large groups in a firm but pleasant manner will be crucial, as will attention to detail in taking bookings and transactions.
Due to the nature of the job you would be working nights and weekends. Enthusiasm, patience, and common sense are essential.
A basic knowledge of Cardiff and Wales, IT skills, travel experience and the ability to speak Welsh and foreign languages will be an advantage.
FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT (full time approx 30-40 hrs per week)
The successful applicant will have the ability to multi task, possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and take the initiative whilst working in a lively and sociable environment.
Confidence in dealing with varied and multicultural customers in a pleasant manner will be crucial, as will attention to detail in taking bookings and transactions.
Enthusiasm, patience, common sense and a sound knowledge of Cardiff and Wales are essential. IT skills, travel experience and the ability to speak Welsh and foreign languages will be advantageous. You must be self motivated and able to work well alone or as part of a team. Due to the nature of the industry you will be required to work weekends and bank holidays and some evening shifts.
